We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Google Store order, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Google Store account, locate your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then securely attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
